South Africa, Mozambique and Zambia:

- Volunteer for a week at a local community service project to help local schoolchildren learn English, and teach with local professionals in an HIV clinic. Additionally, you’ll be able to enjoy a Dhow safari to the islands of the Bazaruto Archipelago – classed as a World Heritage Site for its outstanding natural beauty.
- Thanksgiving in northern Zambia in South Luangwa National Park, a park well-known for large herds of elephants - some herds numbering up to 70. Buffalo and various antelope species are prolific throughout the park. In the river and adjoining pools, hippos and crocodiles can be seen in great numbers.
