Namibia with The Traveling School
Fall 2017 Campus Visit
Location: Namibia, Africa
Dates: September 22 – 30, 2017
Join us for an inspiring week of travel to Etosha National Park and the Cheetah Conservation Fund alongside rarely viewed Traveling School students. This elusive and noteworthy teenage species is especially adapted to engage in their native habitat. Together, we will traipse around Namibia in an attempt to catch a glimpse of this endemic sisterhood in action and, with luck, we’ll become inspired about learning, engaged in our surroundings, willing to try new things, and ready for these globally-minded young women to adopt us into their collaborative and supportive community. This trip will be a one-of-a- kind view of what our students are up to this semester. While by some accounts we won’t be roughing it, we will be camping alongside these hard-core ladies. And, did we mention, be prepared to have your socks knocked off!
